I've been training elite level athletes for nearly a decade now. This band is like no other, providing superior ability to emphasize rotational power while training for various sports. Specifically, It's been a great tool for my baseball players. The only regret is that I didn't purchase more!

Best long resistance band I’ve ever used

I’ve gone through a lot of “long” bands over the years of training athletes and myself, but the PJF Performance 76-inch Premium Extended-Length Band in Black (Heavy) is on another level. At 6'4", most 41-inch bands feel restrictive the moment I try to do banded squats, deadlifts, or vertical jump work, but the extra 76 inches of length is a total game-changer. I can finally double or even triple the band on the platform for serious overload without it digging into my neck or limiting my range of motion.
The heavy resistance is perfect – it feels like a true 80–120 lb range at full stretch, which is exactly what I need for plyometric contrast work, banded broad jumps, and speed-strength days. The material is thick, reinforced latex that hasn’t shown any signs of tearing or losing elasticity after two months of heavy use (3–4× per week). No cheap smell, no powder flaking off, and the black color hides chalk and sweat way better than lighter bands.
I especially love using it for:

Banded vertical jump technique work (Paul Fabritz’s favorite)
Accommodating resistance on squats and deadlifts
Monster walks and lateral speed drills with my athletes
Upper-body pulling assistance when looped around a high pull-up bar

If you’re tall, train explosively, or follow any of the PJF Performance programs, this is the exact band he uses in his videos. Worth every penny – easily the highest-quality long band on the market right now. Already ordered the purple (extra-heavy) to pair with it. 10/10 recommend.
