Care (wash) Instructions

Preferred Wash Instructions:

Our suggestion is to wash your product by hand due to the surface of the fabric being Latex. Please caution that if the band is washed using a washing machine, it may cause breakage.

Hand Washing Instructions:

Dissolve a mild detergent in cold or lukewarm water and soak the resistance band for 10-15 minutes.
Gently rub the stain, avoiding pulling or wringing.
Rinse with clean water until no foam is present. Lay the band flat to dry in a cool, dry place (avoid direct sunlight to prevent material degradation).

*If you absolutely must wash your band in a washing machine, see below*

Machine Wash Precautions:

Use a gentle cycle (such as the wool setting or gentle cycle) to avoid strong agitation that can break the elastic fibers.
Wash the band in a laundry bag to prevent entanglement and friction with other clothing, protecting the elastic and fabric surface of the resistance band.
Use a neutral detergent; avoid detergents containing bleach or strong acids or bases to prevent material degradation.
Use cold or warm water (below 30°C). High temperatures may cause the elastic material to fail.
