Great bands. With the database, you can be creative using the bands for many exercises. They are a complement to a total resistance training program.

Good ideas, more setup direction

Exercise examples are good ideas. What's missing is setup. Sometimes it's clear how the band is positioned, sometimes it's not. Including a few seconds either at the front end or back end of each video showing the user setting themselves up would be helpful clarification.
