Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, here's how we'll handle it.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in the same condition you received them.
Opened packages and used products are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, contact us right away. PJF will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Unopened and unused bands can be exchanged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges. Your exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the original product.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, the PJF Digital Exercise Database is non-refundable once accessed.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email pjfsystem@pjfsystem.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
- Our team will send you a return label with the ship-to address.
- Pack the item in its original, sealed packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
Return Shipping Costs
- Covered by PJF: If your order arrived damaged or is missing parts, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
- Customer-initiated returns and exchanges: If you're returning or exchanging an unopened, unused item for any other reason, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. If you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
